A cozy, below-street-level gathering spot open since 1995, Coffee Underground specializes in homemade desserts and coffees roasted on-site, plus specialty coffee cocktails and a breakfast and lunch menu served all day. 2. Methodical Coffee Downtown
Mixing an ultra-sleek décor and a 1920s cocktail lounge vibe, Methodical Coffee Downtown prominently features a beautiful La Marzocco Linea espresso machine, a high-end, hand-built espresso machine that churns out shots of caffeinated perfection. It’s even custom-painted by Greenville artist Annie Koelle.

3. Unlocked Coffee Roasters
Unlocked Coffee Roasters' menu includes classic coffee shop fare like cappuccinos, lattes, cold brew, and pour-overs. The Colombian owners, husband-and-wife team Andres Camargo and Rosie Salazar, also offer Colombian creations such as chocolate Colombiano (Colombian hot chocolate) and junto-drip coffee (which Unlocked calls "tinto-drip"). Roasted fresh daily, Colombian pastries, avocado toast, smoothies, and tea are also available in this Poe West establishment.

4. Tandem Crêperie & Coffeehouse
Sweet and savory crepes pair well with pour-over and batch brews near the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail, a popular spot for outdoor activities. With bright yellow seats, exposed brick walls, and cycling decorations to match, you'll feel right at home in Tandem's cozy spot in downtown TR!

5. Spill The Beans
This hip little coffeehouse and creamery, located just a short walk from the downtown Liberty Bridge, is one of the city’s most popular “meet you at” places. Aside from offering a wide range of coffee and ice cream (with tasty mix-ins!), Spill the Beans serves up great views of Falls Park on the Reedy.

6. LEOPARD FOREST COFFEE COMPANY
A leopard never changes its spots, and thank goodness for that because this coffeehouse is perfect the way it is. Anything from Leopard Forest’s full list of classic coffee options compliments their gluten-free homemade granola. 8. CARMELLA'S CAFÉ & DESSERT BAR
"Old World charm with New World inspiration" is the mantra of Carmella's, a new upscale dessert spot alongside Falls Park on the Reedy in the heart of downtown Greenville. As you're having your cake (and eating it, too), you won't want to miss out on their organic coffee with offerings that include Affogato (a double espresso poured over a scoop of gelato) and a Wide Awake Shake (espresso, espresso gelato, whipped cream), amongst many other options.

9. GREEN LAUNDRY LOUNGE
This ain't no ordinary laundromat. This is laundry reimagined because well, for one, there's food and fresh coffee. Green Laundry Lounge has a dedicated barista in their café and lounge with both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is Indian-inspired, so you can get your naan on along with a strawberry cream latte, caramel mocha frappe, or matcha with raspberry foam, in addition to many other coffee favorites, smoothies, shakes, and alcoholic beverages.
